How We Started

It all started in our dorm room in Austin. We found ourselves constantly buying snacks during late-night study sessions. The options were either healthy and completely tasteless, or absolutely delicious but loaded with artificial junk and sugar.

We realized that freeze-dried fruit has a naturally amazing, airy crunch. What if we dipped it in premium dark chocolate? We got a cheap dipping set and started experimenting.

At first, the fruit got soggy, or the chocolate was too thick. But with Michael tracking data on temperature and Timothy testing chocolate tempering methods, we finally cracked the code: half-dipped. By only dipping half, we let the natural fruit breathe and keep its crunch, while giving you the rich cocoa finish you crave.

Now, we hand-craft every single batch in Houston, TX. We pack each bag full of all 5 fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples, and mangos) so you get a perfect mix of crunch and chocolate in every bite.
